Thanks for your question and for considering it.

Yes, the option to remove/turn off (maybe via css = display: none; is a simple way?) the Post Titles and using Featured Images instead.

This is for presentation/aesthetic reasons actually, and it’s great for saving space.
It looks quite nice to have the Featured Image on the left and nothing above, with the excerpt showing on the right, one is still able to fully customise the look of the excerpt, changing the post title etc… When they are all stacked up on top of each other it looks neat. Most plugins I have checked have this feature, but I’d love to see this on yours.

BTW: I managed to reduce the spaces/gaps between images.

Would it be easy to add a background colour to Post Titles?
Ideally there would be a way to just turn them off.

In case it helps in finding out what’s going on, I am sure it’s easy enough.

I had a look, I cannot provide a url, but I can say that something needs to be looked into, maybe some javascript not initialising when it should.

Here is some clue; on a post, the player show up in table/cells, but it did not show up on draft or home page, no idea what’s happening here…

THEN:
If you put a player shortcode (even as a “dummy”) BEFORE a wp table, then everything works ok, the player(s) show up in cells as they should. THAT should give THE clue.

I think there is some javascript conflicting between the table and the player maybe.

I am only suggesting that if a specific feature request becomes popular, it’s a good idea to make it available in exchange for a small fee, even a small one, it’s very fair to support developers. And it’s not about the money, you are right, it’s about showing some appreciation.

Thanks for your reply. I managed to fix it eventually.

PS: I can confirm that removing the “grams” fixes the sorting/ordering issue.
Would be good if there was a way to make it work with it though.

For the other issue, would you say that instead of 125 grams for example, I should use 125 (no grams), etc…?

This is an awesome table plugin.

I think you could always offer a payable upgrade for setting it up with the themes and what not at: https://www.datatables.net/styling/themes that could work, the scroll bar option is good too.

It’s fair that you should make some extra money from your hard work, especially in general, I think that people are more likely to pay for something “extra” than to simply donate.

Just some ideas…
