Ray here with WP eCommerce Support Team.
I believe that we have a way to disable shipping for a product ( by checking on “this product will not be shipped to customers ). However we do not have a way to put in a cheaper rate for individual product. I am afraid you would need some code modification to do so.

Ray here with WP eCommerce Support.
I just tried in a brand new localhost site, our Stripe plugin with WP 4.0, WP eCommerce 3.8.14.3, Stripe 2.1 plugin.
I am able to get a transaction through in the test mode.
Have you try disabling all plugins other than WP eCommerce and Striple plugin and try to enter the credentials again? your other plugin might cause JS conflict that prevented you to access the Stripe settings.

I believe that there is no ability to change the item that the person is subscribing into. The workaround is to stop the subscription first and resubscribe.
It would be the same with combining the roles of the type of subscription. There is no default way to do that, you would have to customize WP eCommerce to do so.

What version of WP eCommerce are you using? I personally did a test on my local site and it is working just fine.
As for getting prompted with the shipping calculator, I am afraid that feature is still tied with the current version of WP eCommerce. We do have plans in the future to remove it.

There are a number of reason why the checkout page only refreshes and does not go to paypal. Here are a few reasons why.
1) Wrong paypal credentials
2) Not all fields are filled in correctly
3) hosting issue
4) JS conflict that might’ve interfered with the process
5) SSL?Which paypal are you using?

While I am not a developer, when you make the modification, did you put in the “!important” keyword? Did it show up on chrome developer tools / firebug? If I make a minor modification, it would usually show up.

I believe this is a job for your theme developer. Have you try asking them for direction? The solution would be a html/css modification of your theme.

Please be sure that you have filled in the following under store settings
1) General Tab – Base Country/region – set to France
2) Shipping Tab – Shipping origin city – set to your city ( I set mine to paris)
3) Shipping tab – set domestic to $10I just did a test on my local installation. I get the proper shipping rate.

This could be a plugin/theme conflict. Wp eCommerce version 3.8.14.2 is just released. Please give it a try to see if you are still experiencing your issue.
