BTW – I swear I solved this once by changing settings in LifterLMS by adding /advocate/ before some URLs, but I can’t for the life of me remember where I did this.

I see the form you setup works perfectly. I’ll simply follow your lead to make my form work. As a side note, I have my form embedded in a slider in a way that doesn’t seem to work with the plugin. So, I’ll put the form on a dedicated page…which is fine!

Presumably, I’ll be able to get this working today!

P.S. – Every time I try to inspect the options on the PDF, it looks like either the PDF isn’t attached or it needs to be re-attached by uploading a new copy!

Thanks for getting back to me! Yes, I’ll break them into separate sites. I liked the idea of central management for related sites, but multisite isn’t the right tool for this with the registration/login requirements.

Struggling with the same issue. There’s a free plugin in the repository with good reviews that’s supposed to handle this issue: “Network Subsite User Registration”. But I can’t get it to work for me. Try it and let me know if it works for you!
