I found a reasonable solution by adjusting the height of the header the lines run right across full width and don’t look so bad.

.head-container {
height: 64px;
}

I sorted the line border bottom. Thanks. It just needed an !important to make it work.
I still haven’t been able to remove the double line under the menu icon which is there on small screens.

I am using a custom CSS plugin.
I tried turning off all the custom CSS and only changed that class but it didn’t change anything.

I have already been in touch with the theme developer and understand how to remove sidebars within the theme. It is one I use a lot because sidebars are easy to add or remove from each page and can be customised. They don’t show in the checkout, account or cart pages. I have excluded them on the shop page too but that appears to have been overridden. The sidebars aren’t showing just the space they occupy.
Does the plugin use it’s own template or is it using the theme’s? Do I need to make one without sidebars for the shop?

Yes I understand templates best practice but i have just started developing this site and put all the files in initially until I know which one I need to change.

I have queried the php version and you are correct and I have asked my hosting company about it. They advertise that they are up to date.

Thanks that works and I can change the icon but how about the alt text? That remains the original icons.
I do like this theme and have used it a lot since it came out.

I have the same problem. My favicon shows in the customise control panel but not on the front of the site which remains a T. I am using a child theme but it does the same if I revert to the theme.

Found it eventually and post it here should anyone else need it.

Perhaps I should say current active link which is orange.

Thank you but the reason I posted here was because none of the posts on that sub-forum have been answered. Perhaps this free theme should be removed if the author doesn’t support it.
