First of all, Thank you both for the quick replies.
Second, my site is currently not online and only local because i’m still trying to understand the basics of WP, PHP etc..
I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme (1.3) (if you have a better one to recommend me for learning, that also will be great).
The WP version is 3.31

yes, i’m sure, because it says “views” ??

is there a plugin i can add to my site that can count the number of view each post gets?

ebfay, I am also new to wp, but from what i understand, you have to pick a category or it will always choose its default (in your case uncategorized)
You CAN change the name of this category if this helps.

I don’t know how to assign trigger (or what that even means), and don’t know where or what the table wp-post.
