Well that is unfortunate. It seems like you are running out of memory when accessing the logs page.
Could you make sure you have only one tab open of the site and try to access the logs page again?

Thanks a lot for your love ??
Hi @amitramani, again, thank you for all the hard work supporting the development of the plugin!
We are about to release version 1.3.0 which will come with a lot of optimizations and bug fixes. Then our focus will be to create a WooCommerce search plugin.
Regarding mobile, we tried to already provide some sensible default CSS rules so that the autocomplete and instant search page display nicely on every device. That being said, it is sometimes difficult to write styles that are compatible with every theme.
If you have any issue regarding the styling, please open an issue on: https://github.com/algolia/algoliasearch-wordpress/issues
We’d gladly spend some time making the mobile search experience even better!

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Error: Configuration file could not be read or doesn't existHi have the same problem with version 0.9.5.1 and WP version 4.6.1.

No need to clear the old records, you can do that directly via the Algolia dashboard.
That being said, as explained, you should try the new plugin out locally before pushing it live. There is no compatibility whatsoever between version 0.1 and the first public version 1.1.
Note that we will limit the backward compatibility issues from now on.
Let me know how it goes, I’d gladly help you out if you encounter issues ??
Cheers,
Hi @bradcooper2112,
Thank you for reaching out,
Version 0.1 is the previous version of the plugin.
Since then we entirely re-wrote the plugin.
To answer your question, yes you should uninstall the previous plugin.
Please also take note that the previous plugin and the new one don’t have the same feature-set, so I suggest you try the plugin out on a staging environment ??
Please let me know if there is anything I can help you with, you are saying the new one doesn’t work, could you give us more details? Could it be that you expect it to work as a drop in replacement of the previous plugin?
Cheers,

In reply to: [Search by Algolia – Instant & Relevant results] Screenshots pleaseHey, I’ve got a dumb question: how do you mark tickets as resolved? Is there some kind of automated closing? or is the initiator supposed to mark its tickets as resolved?
??

In reply to: [Search by Algolia – Instant & Relevant results] Screenshots pleaseWell the truth is I’ve been through the docs a lot, I had the ‘screenshot’ mime-type thing in mind but thought I’d just try without it because the documentation states ‘If you find your screenshots are downloading… then…’ : https://developer.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordpress-org/plugin-assets/#issues
Maybe a better way to put it would be to say ‘In order to allow users to display screenshots in full size in their browser, you MUST correctly set the mime-types […]’
WDYT?
Hi @ramonjosegn,
I made sure that the error you described does not happen again in the 1.2.0 version of the plugin.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with, and thank you for reporting this in the first place.

In reply to: [Search by Algolia – Instant & Relevant results] Exclude live search@robgrafico I just released 1.2.0 version of the plugin.
In that version, you can now simply add the class ‘no-autocomplete’ to an input to disable live search on it.
Let me know if that is what you needed,
PS: If you already had copied the ‘templates’ folder to your theme, you might need to re-do that, or copy paste the trick: https://github.com/algolia/algoliasearch-wordpress/pull/336/files
Cheers,
