Figured it out. The post type can not be hierarchical – if you uncheck that the sorting options appear.

Hello – as mentioned above, I cannot replicate the issue myself by adding out of stock items to the cart. We simply receive orders for out of stock items – I’m not sure how the orders are placed. This makes it very difficult to troubleshoot, and makes testing with different themes, plugins, staging less useful.

How else could the orders be coming in if the normal “add to cart” functionality blocks them correctly?

I can’t replicate it either from “Add to Cart” – however the orders are still coming in. These are products that haven’t been in stock for weeks.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me!

I submitted the form with the details of one of the sites that I found disconnected today again (after reconnecting it 2 days ago).

As I mentioned, I had 130+ sites disconnected and they all use different themes and plugins, and are on different servers and hosting. Some of them were built last year, others were built more than 7 years ago.

I was wondering if there is a site authorization limit? We ran into that issue 3 years ago: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/25-site-authorization-limit/#post-12456822

Since we had the plugin installed years ago, when I was setting it up this time, I did perform a Site Kit reset on all sites before connecting to my Google account. And there are no console errors.

I’m also seeing this warning after updating to PHP 8.0. Will it be patched? Thank you.

I think I deleted or renamed that file within the plugin directory.

Any word from @innate-images-llc ?

Wordfence throws warnings for this plugin – it would be great to see an update.

I did some additional testing with WP Crontrol and manually triggering the fluentmail_do_daily_scheduled_tasks hook and I found an issue within https://proterra.com/public/wp-content/plugins/fluent-smtp/app/Hooks/Handlers/SchedulerHandler.php on line 56.

The notification email field defaults to {site_admin}, but line 56 is looking for the placeholder {admin_email} and replaces that with the actual admin email address. These two strings don’t match so the default placeholder will never work.

If line 56 is corrected to look for {site_admin} the email works. Or entering a real email on the summary page – that works too.

One additional issue – the inline HTML is not working correctly in Gmail – I see the span tags:

Lastly – can this email indicate if a fallback method is used? That seems like one of the most important use cases here – to be notified if the primary connection has failed.

No failed emails in the logs.

I selected every day of the week after I posted this and I still haven’t received anything.

Does the summary rely on cron, or another service that may be disabled? Can you point me to the relevant code? Thanks.

I’m also seeing an incompatibility with PHP 8.0 on Kinsta. Lots of errors in the log:

And if every plugin added a link to the Admin Bar? It would quickly run out of room. Please make it an option to enable/disable like Gravity Forms, for example.

Thanks. I worked on troubleshooting this same issue with Rank Math, because I thought it was related to their SEO plugin.

You are getting a critical error on the dashboard page because the Simple history plugin developer is overwriting the get_avatar filter. The filter requires 6 parameters but in the Simple History plugin, only 5 parameters are used.

For now, to fix the issue on your site I changed the following code on line 2921 in /plugins/simple-history/inc/SimpleHistory.php

Replaced:

$avatar = apply_filters( 'get_avatar', $avatar, $email, $size, $default, $alt );

with:

$avatar = apply_filters( 'get_avatar', $avatar, $email, $size, $default, $alt, array() );
