Hi there,
Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!
I do hope you were able to find a resolution for this. If not, please re-open this ticket.
For anyone else who’s facing a similar issue: we’ll need a little more info here to figure this out. Could you share your merchant ID here or via our support portal? Also, a video showing the issue would help. If possible, you can also share access for a clone site where we can recreate the problem.

In reply to: [Razorpay for WooCommerce] Curl error 6:Hi there,
Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!
I hope you were able to find a fix for your issue. I’ll respond anyway in case someone else faces the same problem.
The error you’ve shared is what you’d get if you’re unable to connect to the internet at all, i.e. our base service https://api.razorpay.com is not reachable for your servers. Have you got a firewall configured on your end? Alternatively it’s also possible that you’re on an older version of TLS, which is no longer supported. Details: Link.

Probably on account of how late we’re checking this, the link you’ve shared is no longer operational. I hope you were able to find a fix for your issue. If not, please feel free to reopen this ticket and share more details with us, and we’ll check it out immediately.

This seems to be an issue around whitelisted domains. The site you’re using this integration on is different from the one you shared with us during your onboarding. The error message was vague about this when this issue was created, but it’s been made more explicit now. Essentially you can either ensure to use this account only on your whitelisted domain, or you can reach out to us to add more domains to your account if you need them.

In reply to: [Razorpay for WooCommerce] How to add Razorpay logo to Checkout pageHi there,
Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!
Thanks @talibali for sharing the right response here. You can change your logo from your Razorpay dashboard in the Settings page. The image you upload there is the one we’ll use on checkout as well.
Closing this for now, please feel free to reopen or share details on our support portal.

In reply to: [Razorpay for WooCommerce] Image for International CustomersHi,
Thanks for your suggestion. We updated images to be served from an external service to allow easier updates. The latency from the image won’t block the payment, as the rest of the page will continue to render. That said, your point about distracting the customer does hold true. Let me discuss this internally and see if this is something we’d want to revert.
Regarding the image used in the plugin currently, it was chosen to account for all the use cases you’ve described, i.e. an attempt to showcase the full capabilities. You’re right in that it can be confusing for stores that only provide services in international currencies, where the additional methods would just seem redundant. This should be fixable by your suggestion, i.e. allow image to be selected by the store owner. We’ll try and plan this for our next release.
Thanks for your input!

In reply to: [Razorpay for WooCommerce] Order # displayed behind HeaderHi there,
Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, in favour of our official Support Portal, but we’re going to fix that now!
I hope you managed to find an answer to your question. My first guess is that the design of the site might be causing a UX issue, but it’s hard to tell without more info. If by chance you’re still facing the same problem, please feel free to reopen this and share some information about it, eg. a screenshot or video showcasing the transparent header post payment confirmation. You can also share the URL for a test or clone site where we might be able to reproduce the issue and see the order number for ourselves.

This issue looks serious, so we’re going to try and reproduce this for ourselves. If there’s a test or clone site you have where it might be easier to do that, do let us know. I’ll share an update on this ticket when we have one.

In reply to: [Razorpay for WooCommerce] How to create callback urlHi there,
Sorry for missing this. This forum has been unmonitored for a while, but we’re going to fix that now!
I hope you managed to find an answer to your question. I’ll answer it anyway for other readers who have the same query. If you’re using our Woocommerce plugin, then you won’t need to set up an explicit callback URL for payments, since the plugin will set and use the correct redirect URL.
Outside of this plugin, if you’re building your own custom Razorpay integration, you may need generate and send a callback URL in the options passed to checkout. Details for this are available here: Link.
Hi Ranjeet,
We’ll need a little more info on this. Can you share a screenshot or an order ID that we can use this find this issue in our logs?
