Plugin do not controll scrolling functionality on page and how it work depend on browser and other plugins.
There is no specific settings or code that can be changed in our plugin to fix this issue.

When option “Values count and output” is set to “Filters are applied in recounting attribute values; empty values are removed on the server-side”, then values without products must be removed from filter.

You can use hook BeRocket_AAPF_template_single_item to edit single item in filter and BeRocket_AAPF_template_full_content to edit all filter elements.

Sorry but it is not clear what you mean. Plugin apply JavaScript once on page load and it is used for products after.
Not sure what can cause issue like this with our filtering plugin it must work correct, please check that both plugins has same selectors and also that pagination not disabled in products filter plugin.

Plugin limit products depend on cart and if products added to cart with help of default WooCommerce functions.
Both free and paid version work similar in global limitations.
Maybe this plugin do not use some WooCommerce functionality to add products to cart.

If builder can be used to edit single product element in products list, then button can be added with shortcode [br_compare_button]. Also it can be used on product single page.
