She said she is still getting AMP errors in GSC. I went to GSC just now to see if she started the validation since getting rid of the white page.

Will let you know if validation works. Before it wouldn’t let us but crossing fingers it works now.

Sorry we had been waiting on BigScoots and with the holidays. BigScoots and they said they’ve done everything they could and that I needed to take up with the support team for Web Stories

Submitted a ticket to bigscoots – they couldn’t figure it out. Bigscoots suggested changing to default theme – did that – no luck

Have asked Bigscoots to set up test site

My friend said it has something to do with plugins updates, made some of the stories go bunk. So he said just open the story in the editor and click save/update.

I tried that and then cleared cache but still white screen

yes 100 times – lol – i know about cache –

turned off troubleshooting mode

turned on wp rocket

cleared all caches again in wp rocket

cleared cloudflare cache again

cleared browser cache for all time again

i can submit a ticket to bigscoots to see if they can help
