i was able to create a custom form from the document….thank you!

after the form has been filled out on the website they hit submit and an email is sent to me. The email does not have any of the questions or answers in it. I tried following the instruction related to mail-tag but its not working. Can someone please provide detailed instructions?

Here is what i created in the form field but now i need the questions and answers to reflect in the email once submitted…please help!

I just downloaded the plugin and it is activated. Can someone please provide detailed instructions on how to create a form from scratch? I want to create a form with customer fields like…

name
email
city
state
date started

also another form for a suggestion box with the following

biggest challenges with site
future topics
what would you like to see added
etc…

Not sure i understand….inside the celestial theme, if i click customize your site and open up the color box i see a bunch of options. One of those options gives you the ability to change the color of the social bar background. Let’s say i want to change it to white….when i do that a bunch of lines show up…i am assuming this happens because of the way it was created. How do i remove the lines?
