Hi mzwp, I know how to do this. Follow these instructions.

1. Go to the admin dashboard.
2. Point you mouse over Settings and click General.
3. Where it says WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) replace the https:// part with https:// for both of them.
4. Click Save Changes

I believe a affiliate program system is not built-in to WordPress. Visit the plugin directory and look for a plugin, their are over 20,000 of plugins.
