UPDATE
This relates to the weather API. I have disabled it and I no longer get the errors.
Maybe the weather API needs an update or a failsafe to prevent these messages from showing as one is not able to login to the admin area to disable it (I disabled the plugin via FTP and then re-enabled, and then disabled the Weather API).
