Hey @chrispage1 , thanks for the prompt response.
Then could it be due to a WordPress update?
I set a task running every minute that is emitting a heartbeat. I was planning to monitor that heartbeat and take action if it stops emitting.
Although a plugin provided alert would be awesome if this scenario happens.
