In reply to: [Easy 3D Viewer] Completely useless!As a user, I don’t work with the author so I’m neutral and here is my personal experience. I don’t agree at all with this 1 star rating. It’s easy to criticize without giving any details of what is the issue. I personally tried 4 other 3D plugins that didn’t fulfill my expectations, until I installed this one.
Woo 3D Viewer is amazing, user-friendly, and complete feature.
Rare enough to mention it: the author kindly answers your questions, even when the issue relates to WordPress, and is not directly in cause with this feature…Forum: Plugins

I’m so grateful that you have solved my issue.
I’ll write the details here so that the community knows how to do and that anyone experiencing the same issue could can handle it so easily….-> Try to disable JS minification feature in your cache plugin.
I believe you have “SG Optimizer” plugin installed.
Try to find JS minification in it’s settings or deactivate it through the list of plugins /wp-admin/plugins.phpSo indeed in the left bar to manage my website there is this “SG Optimizer” menu. Go on the “Front end Optimisation” tab.
Second line is the “Minify JavaScript Files” -> on the right side deactivate the cursor on this feature…. 3D display works beautifully with Woo 3D viewer !
