    To assist you better, could you please provide more details:

    1. Are you using an iPhone or another mobile device?
    2. Have you enabled the “Basic Control Buttons” option from WP VR settings?

    The Basic Control Buttons option includes essential controls such as Zoom, and Fullscreen. If this option is disabled, the fullscreen button may not be visible on mobile devices.
