I don’t understand when you say not your plugin

Product – https://prnt.sc/zltg44. You can see there is an addon Add Bacon which adds €1. You can see this is your plugin

You can see here if I add product without addon, for example, Gambieri Piccate, no issue displays properly but Burger and Garlic Bread, on selecting add on shows prices like sale price and Addon text is not shown. The same issue is on checkout as well https://prnt.sc/zlu5gz

Oh, make sense. I will delete all the other pages, I was trying a couple of them before settling for your plugin and would like to buy the other paid add-ons I see.

So whatever is the default checkout it picks that up, then the addon text is not showing up, just the amount. any idea why?

Also, do u have a lifetime license for one site?

Yes, we have paid in Stripe for those options, we were using YITH which allows for stripe checkout.

After installing your plugin, payments and taken but in the Stripe dashboard it gives an error message that these payments are not in chargeback protection as they were not taken through stripe checkout.

Sorry, I could not get back sooner. I managed to resolve the issue myself.

There was no issue in regards to the plugin.

The issue was defer JS and Autooptimize. I looked closely in the console errors and realised it. I uninstalled WP Deferred JS plugin and opted out of JS in Autooptimize and console errors are gone and data can be seen in GA

I would suggest that may be you could add this to your troubleshooting questions check with people who log support ticket whether they use caching plugins or defer/minify JS ??

You misunderstood.
1. There is an error in GA itself, please see https://prnt.sc/qyo8s7.
2. I understand, always use incognito mode to test transaction but nothing is recorded. We also have many orders, they are not recorded as well. losing important data.
3. I have switched on Bank Transfer so please check.
4. We wanted to check the plugin before we buy it but the free one is not working. The data is not send to Ecommerce in GA

View All Web Site Data is configured for E-commerce, but no recent transaction data is being received. Your site may not be tagged for E-commerce.

Version is 2.0.43

Please understand, I do not want to disable password reset option for members.

Even if a member tries to change password the first time it gives that issue. Issue is neither in the plugin nor wordpress, seems like it is caching issue. Hence, I need the path [initial file path where initial state of the key is saved] where these keys are stored by ultimate member so i exclude it from caching permanently.

I installed WP Mail SMTP and tested and emails were successfully send.

Only issue is emails/notifications not received when there is new registration or anything related to ultimate member plugin

The alternative solution you suggested is not a good solution, it keeps refreshing the settings page, check the reviews and support section it is common issue as that plugin is not been looked after.

There is no issue with emails from contact us form sending email so issue is not with the website or mail, it is Ultimate Member notifications and emails issue.

I’m afraid, redirect after login is only possible when using Ultimate member login page which shoud be assigned in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

I cannot find where to add a redirect after successful login? I can see redirect in forms only

The redirect is not working correctly, I have a page where I added the UM Login page which has url /membership-login/

The page has the UM Login form and Redirection after Login is set to /member-area/

On the page when we click the url and after success login it should redirect to member-area but it is redirected to the /membership-login/ page with the text “Please use your username and password to login into secure member area” and Your account and Logout url which is stupid. When clicked on the menu link on top it works fine.
