We have found on the error log file that it was an error caused by another plugin, Hummingbird, after disabling it this error was fixed. Thanks
Hi again, I’ve noticed that this error is showed also in the admin side when you are logged in despite we can still continue the check-in registration.
Thank you so much for your response, effectively there is a email text section in the event settings that was filled out by default. When I remove all the default text in this section, global default email was sent as expected.

When the plugin is disabled all works perfectly, just when we enable it, we cannot open Divi > Theme Builder > Edit Item.

Please, see that video and tell me in which way this video could help me to export a previous variation swatches attributes from one wordpress installation to another wordpress.

I think you tried to point me to this last video instead of the video you posted, Right?
