In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Reconciling Donor ImportI spent half my day last week trying to figure it out and, as an all-volunteer organization, I don’t have time for that. The fields were mapped to be IDENTICAL to the form in Give. I made sure every heading in CSV matched, as well as field type (like currency for donation amount). None of that worked.
As I said, I created “Ima Donor” to put in the amount already raised for this drive. She is anonymous and I have records from the original source. It is done.

In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Reconciling Donor ImportI apparently wasn’t clear in my question because your link does not answer my question.
I had previously used test mode, deleted all the records, and was now loading ACTUAL donations … but it kept a donor in test mode, treating it as a duplicate.
What made it worse was that despite everything I tried, none of the donation amounts came with the import. I just gave up and created a fake donor with the right amount to show how far we are into our campaign.

In reply to: Banner Images in Vigilence Pro 1.4Thanks for all your help. I went back to the upgrading and double checked all my steps … I had activated 1.40 but not 1.3. It’s all good … off to fix the type fonts!
Thank you again, Esmi!

In reply to: Banner Images in Vigilence Pro 1.4At the top, instead of that white “Scrub-a-Dub-Tub” line. The images is the header.
I have copies of blogheader1.jpg in the following folders../ wp-content/themes/vigilance/images, and
../images/top-banner../wp-content/themes/vigilance_pro/images and
../images/top-bannerWhen I go into the enable custom logo, it says to upload to this folder: https://childrens-literacy.com/wp-content/themes/vigilance/images/ That does not match my FTP address, but that wasn’t a problem before I upgraded.
I have tried loading a new image (blogheader4.jpg) just to see if something else would work. Nada. All I continue to get in the header is the name, as typed, in Settings > General Settings.

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Thumbnails aren’t created?I am using the uploader in NextGen. I tried disabling it and uploading the images again … even tried logging out, closing the browser after disabling, and then re-opening. Nada. The image is allegedly uploaded, but I can’t see it in the album/gallery, the “edit thumb” turns into a black screen, and it doesn’t show up in the slideshow.

In reply to: [Plugin: NextGen Gallery] Thumbnails aren’t created?I am having this same problem. Images I uploaded previously show up fine. New images I added today didn’t show up in the control panel … and it isn’t creating thumbnails, either.
