As of now, plugin version 2.37, we’ve made it so the copy comments button should show even if you didn’t choose “No – don’t import” on the initial registration step. Please let us know if you have any more issues – [email protected] for the fastest possible response.

The button will only appear for users who opted out by clicking “No – don’t import my wordpress comments” on the first step of blog registration. If you believe you chose this option, you upgraded to 2.36 and you still don’t see the “copy comments” button when you open Livefyre under the “comments” section of wordpress admin, let us know so we can look into what might cause that.
