Hi Serge, I can’t find any record of errors on the dashboard. Any ideas where to look, maybe I missed something?
I switched off the Anti-crawler feature and reactivated the plugin but the same problem appears, even worse, as I cannot even access the website. I’m really disappointed as I was looking forward to solving the spam comments.
Appreciate your assistance ??

Hi Serge, thanks for your prompt reply.
I’ve managed to deactivate the app via my PLEX dashboard and now everything is back to normal, so it was Clean Talk causing the problem.
When I tried to open my website with the app activated I got a page say something along these lines.
“A crawler is activated for xxxxxx(my IP address) Allow 5 seconds for site to open.”
The website would then open but if I clicked on a page in the menu the error 403 message would appear.
Is there something in the Clean Talk setup that I’ve done wrong?

Hi Suresh thanks for your reply. I’m a complete amateur at this so please be patient. I take it that you mean I should check for JS errors in my browser (I use Firefox) but I can find no error log, where do I look?

With ref to this request I should have said “I want the page link to be the page name ….. and NOT what it is currently”
I’d really appreciate some advice on this.
