Hi,
I got the same problem. The Backup worked fine over months and now it does not anymore. I reauthenticated several times – no solution.
This problem is on 2 of 10 sites I manage. The other 8 are still working.
In case you fixed it, can you please tell how?

ich glaube, wir mussten da sogar nochmal aktiv werden. Das Problem war, dass wir zu Zweit dran gearbeitet haben: Ich habe gebastelt und mein Kollege bekam die ganzen Mails. Auf meinen Hinweis hin, dass die Registrierung noch nicht richtig durch sei, hat er noch mal seine Mails kontrolliert und da war noch irgendwas, wo er Fragen beantworten musste. Als das erledigt war, ging es dann am folgenden Tag, nachdem wir vorher ein oder zwei Wochen gewartet hatten.

ich hatte dasselbe Problem auch. Bei mir stand dann unter Einstellungen/Schlüssel-Aktivierung noch eine Zeile mit dem Hinweis, dass der Account geprüft wird oder so.
Erst als dies weg war, kam die schiefgelaufen-Meldung nicht mehr und die Anmeldungen funktionierten korrekt
