I have now reinstalled the plug-in and activated default log before sync.
So it seems it can finish with product sync but order sync fails

I have deleted the log files.
I don’t have much knowledge of actual MySQL and databases even though I do have access, im not too comfortable with deleting those.
I still can’t get it to resync even while appending the resync=1 it just goes to a page in the plug-in where i can “save all settings”, button never appears.
In woo there’s a log. I have a lot of these:

I have access to server log as well as woolog, I just don’t know where to find it.
“Have you checked your queue table to see how many records are there waiting to process? Maybe the best thing to do is flush the queue table and then resync again.”
I don’t know what a que table is.Seems like an old order where the product is not present in the shop anymore. Not sure if that’s it – but could that be the reason for the synch stalling process?

I’m running on version Version 3.3.3 and will update to 3.3.4 soon.
About the filters, not as far as I know, but I could be wrong.
I’ve set it in STANDARD now and will post next log i get. The resynch=1 does not work however, buttom is not showing plug-in kinda breaks and then i can update the site to view it normally again.

1. Are you using a hosted version of wordpress, or are these sites on your own servers you can log into?
– My own VPS on a Linode2. Are you on a multisite or a single install?
– Single site3. How far do you get in the setup process? All the way through where it says it’s syncing?
– I get to where it synchs and then it gets stuck at product 1714. Have you enabled your logs from within the plugin area to at least the ‘standard’ debugging? What do the logs show?
– Debugging logs are enabled. Should i post the output here?5. If you have not enabled logs, please do that next, and click on the Resync button which is on the ‘sync’ tab to initiate the sync process. If for some reason you’re not seeing the Resync button, all you need to do is add a query string variable in the URL of resync=1and that button should show up for you.

Yes I have testet with the newest version. The problem is, that MailChimp will not help me with information regarding what API request is causing the error. I get stuck when synching products at the same product each time. Only I don’t know which one or what the error is; so i contact support to get info about the log, but they are unable to help.
I would of course like to investigate further, since I would really like this implementation to work! My other site with MailChimp works and is same set-up. Identical plug-ins and same server environment.
Your follow up on basket abandonment, review after purchase and newsletter flow is really nice but I is usefull if I can’t connect my store :>
