I have had someone who knows wordpress look at the site and they are at a loss.

I am unable to upload media and add to a page.

And my hosting BLUE HOST is blaming my theme but even after I changed themes and tried a default theme I still get the same results.

yes after reinstalling still encountering the same things. Ninja form was uninstalled. In reference to a crash..the website stopped responding so we had to go in and restore the website which took the information back to last year for some reason. So once we reinstalled we are unable to add media, change or alter the text, add any types of forms, when I tried to add the plug in rich editor it will not even activate. If you have looked at the site, that is the original slideshow from last year and ALL the text is the same and in same color. Thanks for any help you can offer I am very new to having a website so I am looking for any help.

yes. we tried reinstalling a fresh install of wordpress

The issues are
1. Visual edit does not work. You can only see HTML editing
2. “Quick Edit” does not work either
