I’ve contacted my host, they think it maybe Woocommerce causing me an issue, so they are looking to resolve

I’ve just updated the product I searched for, on the product list, and it’s now showing on the website! I’m so confused..

Ok, so I went to woocommerce Settings, Emails tab, on the line of the email with a problem, I pressed the manage button – incorrect spelling on my previous post.
Towards the middle of the screen there is a pathway of the email template file, under HTML Template, next to it are 2 buttons, one was “delete this template” the other is “view template”
I pressed the Delete button, and now that particular button has changed to “copy file to theme” which is what I must have pressed by accident to cause my issue.

@dbricker Did you figure out how to correct your email templates?

As I wasn’t aware that I’d changed anything, I just wanted to restore the Woo templates, which I’ve managed to do, by deleting the template on the mange email screen for the affected templates, and it restored the Woo template, so problem solved.

Oh dear, I’m not techie enough to realise that I’ve done that.
Ok thank you, I’ll need to figure out how I can get rid of this template and restore the woocommerce one then.

Thank you for coming back to me. All my products only have 2 attributes, they are clothes so size and colour. I thought it was odd as it’s happening on some of the products but not all.
However from what you say, it could just be a thing that happens – just means I’ll not be able to use Atum for sending purchase orders out.
