In reply to: [Connections Business Directory] Add new options to “Relations”?Thank you for creating that documentation!
Do I need to create a new PHP file under the Hooks folder, or do I add this code to one of the files in the Hooks folder: Footer.php, Plugin_Row.php, or Plugin_Tab.php?

In reply to: [Elara] Grid with incomplete rowsAh! Thank you! I know I’d run into this issue before and I completely forgot about that setting.

Ok! I solved it!
The WordPress admin email (at least in this situation) must be the same as the Email From Address. It may very well be a GoDaddy problem.
I will say that the plugin was giving me some wonky behavior when I would try to delete and add administrator emails in the Ninja Forms Administrator Email box. I’d delete the email with the X, then save form settings, and it would come back. I’d add another email address and delete the old one, and sometimes that would get rid of it.
Oh, and by the way, I have successfully used the plugin for another domain with a site hosted on Dreamhost, and it worked fine. All administrator emails and user emails are going through. So this is a recent, unique problem.
Thanks for getting back to me, Kevin!
I tried clearing the administrator email addresses from the “Email From Address” setting in the back end and an administrator email address saved in the Administrator Email block. When I saved the form, the Email From Address was blank, but the other administrator email address would not clear, no matter how many times I deleted it and saved it.
I did try using multiple personal email addresses and I thoroughly checked the spam filters, but nothing was coming through for the administrator emails. (The user emails were coming through fine.)
Then things got worse:
I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it.
I was surprised to see that my original form was still there even after I had deleted the plugin.
I created a simpler form with just a name and email address for testing.
I used a personal email address for the admin.
Now, no emails are coming through–neither the user nor the admin. Then I tried deleting the plugin files off the server and reinstalling the plugin.
I was REALLY surprised to see that my original form and my new simple testing form were still there.
Again I tested my simple form using multiple personal addresses and no emails are coming through at all.I am going to call GoDaddy now, but I am not very hopeful that they will be able to help. I really appreciate any insight you have!
I’d be happy to send you a temporary admin login if that would help.
