Hi, just checked back to see if I had recieved a reply and yes – it was a disk space issue. Thanks a lot!

Update: I have just tried installing the plugin on other sites and I get the same error but with a different file:

Installation failed: Could not copy file. geodirectory/templates/emails/plain/geodir-email-admin_moderate_comment.php
