I should clarify – I am talking about the widget which appears on the right side bar of the page – and not the videos that appear elsewhere.

I don’t understand what I’ve done wrong. My Message Body email says this:

“From: [your-name] [your-email]
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]”

I have clearly written the words “[your-email]” in the text, but only the name, subject and message appear. The “your-email” does not show.

The hosting service told me that they have turned off the logging system so that it skips when the user is logged in – but it still did the same thing. When I log in on the blog, it logs me in – but when I go to view the blog again – it asks again to log in. If I refresh the page (without logging in) it works fine.

Yes, the Membership Account page is opened from the [pmpro_account] command. As mentioned before – it still doesn’t show up the membership level – only the points mentioned in the above post. The [pmpro_account] command is the only command on that page. Is there anything else I can add (as you mention) that may bring up the membership level or other variables? I tried adding the code in the link you provided, but it didn’t do anything. I just simply added it to the “text” code on WP. Did I enter it incorrectly? I also added [pmrpo_levels] underneath that, and that also didn’t do anything.

As for the levels page – yes I see that the level does appear there (but again – not on the account page!) I see that I changed the name of the page to “Sign Up For Membership” and so I couldn’t follow the “level” page point. The viewer will have to know to click on the “Sign Up For Membership” link in order to see their level. Don’t know if they would understand that. Well – I’m always here to give them support – I guess – if they get lost!

When I click on the “Account Details” (i.e. I have logged in under his name to check how it looks), it shows up his name, Display Name, Email Address and the possibility for him to change his password. It does not show up the level of membership that he has.

I have over 50 plugins that I use. The plugin that keeps bothering me is the Theme My Login plugin. I cannot work out when it is in operation and when the PMP plugin is operating. In fact, as things stand, if I remove the TML plugin, my PMP won’t work normally to allow the user to log in. I’m really stuck with the TML now.

The user does show up in the Members List and it shows up correctly with his correct membership. I would just hope that when the user logs in that he himself can see that he is an “x” member of the site.

The other difficulty going on is that when a reader comes to the blog and is not logged in

Thanks for this info Andrew. Today I see it has logged me in – but it still took me to the wp-admin page. When I went back, I was then able to see the posts this time. Incidentally I had been having some other problems with the Theme-My-Login plugin and I eventually deactivated all my plugins to see what was happening where. When I activated TML it started its problems again and wouldn’t work right. I then deleted the plugin altogether(!) and then reinstalled it from the beginning.

From all of that I’m now being redirected to the wp-admin (as above) but I do get to see my posts at least now. I’m going to take a break from it all now – because at least I can see the posts, and then look into it again some time in the near future!

I guess I could. I have some 60 plugins to get through…but I guess I will have to start disabling until I can find the problem.

You’ll see the menus on the right and the bottom of the post (empty area). Those menus are there – but nothing happens when I click on them. If I disable TML, they work just fine again. But I want the TML to work and be able to use those features.

I’d be happy to upload a screenshot – but I cannot find any option in this text box that will allow me to upload it! Do you know the secret to uploading the screenshot?
