In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Weird font type invoiceI have had this problem twice now. Reinstalling the fonts helps. But why is this problem occurring?
Today I received the following information from Google:
“This is working as intended. The examples we have investigated have been
determined to be expected behavior. If display name seems suspicious, we
don’t honor Reply-To and use From instead to protect user.”In my case is it Easy WP SMTP or YITH Live chat that sets the Reply-To address?
Hi. Google support now confirms there is a problem with gmail/inbox that causes this problem.
-The issue only happens in the Gmail interface in web browser.
– Our system engineer is now working on this issue and looking forward to fix it as soon as possible.
– The issue appeared in mid December.I have the Force From Name Replacement enabled. I have had it enabled and disabled when testing. It only effects the email copy sent to the customer who’s using the YITH Live chat form.
The problem is the following…
Customer named Daniel ([email protected]) uses the live chat form to send an offine message. [email protected] receives an email copy of the message, sender is [email protected]. This is ok.Admin receives the offline message email. receiver: [email protected]. reply address: [email protected].
Earlier in mid december it was… receiver: [email protected]. reply address: [email protected].
So the problem now is when I answer offline message emails I receive the answer myself. The customer doesn’t receive any email.
Regards, Daniel
