Alright.
I got information from WooCommerce Support.
This is what happened in case anyone is going through similar situation:
In our website we put in our WooCommerce settings (with the help of a plugin extention) that if you are from China you will pay the equivalent in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Nevertheless, Stripe doesnt support such currency when using Alipay (but it supports CNY when using Cards). Therefore, the solution is to put the price in USD, EUR or CAD, which are supported currencies.
