In reply to: 4.5 broke my pagesI was not aware. Thanks. Was just trying to add more info.
I used 2011 and modified it. I stated modifying years ago befor eI learned of child themes. So “some” but not much of my changes may have been in 2011. The rest in child.
I DO have backups I ran one after these changes and downloaded from yesterday and today so I could compare. Still not finding where this likely simple error is.
What other inf can I provide? It seems like the sidebar is just right, but the wide either got wider or lost margins or padding. But it has been so long since I did this!
Thanks.

In reply to: 4.5 broke my pagesPretty sure I did change a bunch for that and put it in the css style sheet. I have tried changing a half dozen settings, but nothing seems to move that wide left column back to the left so the righ column will move back up to be side by side. I can post the css if needed.
Thanks.

In reply to: 4.5 broke my pagesAll the pages that broke seem to be based on the sidebar template. Not sure if I overrode that in a style sheet, but likely. Not sure where to find the settings to get the margins back, assuming that is the issue. Appreciate pointers.

In reply to: [PageView] Updated and lost 75% of each pageHi Neil,
I had backups of my web site so restored a file called pageview.php in the WebPress / Content / Plugins / Pageview folder if memeory serves. Or something close.
Surprised an update did not respect whatever settings I had that were working.

In reply to: [Easing Slider] Drop Shadow bug and 2 questionsThnks for the reply Matthw. Some progress since my last post.
The odd computer with the issue did not have the Firefox memory cache enabled. Once enabled, no issue. I’m surprised as I installed it and always copy a working installation so no idea why that machine had that disabled. Now works as expected.
I copied the drop shadow from a previous install of Easing Slider. It now has a shadow, but not as nice as I think it could be. Seems small and not particularly appropriate to set the slider apart from the page. But you are more than welcome to look:

In reply to: [Easing Slider] Drop Shadow bug and 2 questionsOK, found the shadow png files from my previous installation and added to the new installation. Looks better, but the shadow doesn’t quite seem to size for this installation and does not look as good as it could.
So a better drop shadow would be a nice thing, explanation of what the paid version costs in USD and what it includes above the free version and maybe a pointer to find out why that one computer opens the slider, then on refresh will not again until the cache is cleared in Firefox. I have no issue like that in the same versions of FF on other computers.

In reply to: [Easing Slider] Drop Shadow bug and 2 questionsArrgggghhh. Sorry for having this dialog with myself, but just refreshed the computer that had the issue loading Easing Slider until I cleared the cache and now it will not load again. Sorry must have a issue, so please reopen that question.

In reply to: [Easing Slider] Drop Shadow bug and 2 questionsWell, answered two of my own questions ??
To change Drop Shadow from True to False again, I must double click the button. Odd, but works.
And the computer that would not display the slide show needed tha cache cleared. Problem is, my viewers would not know that and it loads forever until the cache is cleared.
OK, better drop shadow?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Easing Slider] Drop Shadow bug and 2 questionsUPDATE: New question!
Just checked my slider page on three computers, several browsers. It shows as expect on 2 of the three, but third will not load at all. Constant loading widget. Why would only one computer with same browser as another fail to load?
Thanks again.

In reply to: Change "Page Title" position on full width pageHah!
Decided to try my hunch and it worked first try:
#wideContent .entry-title { margin-left: -10%; }

In reply to: Change "Page Title" position on full width pageHmmm, I put three links in the previous post but none appear.
The “About is the home page”. I’ll try again here, but unsure why the link control is not working for me.
If that does not work its https://www.in4m8n.com and the problem page, for example would be https://www.in4m8n.com/Mission%20Art%20Photo%20Walk for example.

In reply to: Fullwidth template -oh so closePerfect! Thanks.
I already had a wideContent section that was not doing what I wanted:
#wideContent { float: left; width: 98%; margin: 0px 0px 0px 30px; padding: 0 0 0 0; position: relative; z-index: 1; }
Added your suggestion and just where I want to be.
Thanks.

In reply to: Single Page with No SidebarMay have spoken a **little** too soon ??
It has lost the sidebar, but large margins top, left and right. Tried a number of fixes to no avail.
Can anyone tell me how to get narrower margins and a wider center?
Thanks.
