@cteduard By the way I have another website on Blocksy https://sanspvc.com/ and it’s the same problem. So must be in the code, in an extension or in the theme. But I’ll be curious what your engineers will find.

Sorry i was mistaken a bit, I think that if the problem is only on Elementor while i’m on the Blocksy theme. The problem should be Blocksy right ?

Hello ! Thanks for your answer @cteduard, I tested with the 2023 theme and the proble is not happening. I also checked on the Customized WP menu and it’s not happening too, and displayed well.

While on Elementor Editor (when i manage products), it still doubled :

I use a Blocksy Child theme. So i tried also to change theme to the main Blocksy theme too, and the problem is still here.

So I guess the Blocksy theme is not right ?

I can also add that everything worked well during 2 years. And know this “double product” problems appears on all the pages on Elementor Editor. Fortunately it’s not on front Office.

FYI For the test, I just changed theme in 2023 and the problem is not displayed

Here’s what i can show you for example now the two firts screenshots come from the WP Customize menu :

As you can see the products are not doubled and that’s cool.

But here is the Elementor side :

And that’s on Elementor that I put my products. By the shortcode Element. Either “products category” or by “products id”

Is this an Elementor problem or a theme (Blocksy) problem ? Blocksy guys said to me that if the problem is only on Elementor, it should be an Elementor problem.

I kept on my investigations. It seems that the “Shortcode” element has a problem. Even when i add a new shortcode element. I put it online and it’s ok in the Elementor Editor, but everytime i got back and refresh that Elementor Editor, it displays again double products.

I discovered something maybe it could help you, when I click on a section and on the left (you can see it upper the shortcode editor of my previous image), I click on the button Apply the change (Appliquer in french), it’s reloading the page builder and it’s shows the correct displays without doubling the products.

What would be the problem then ?
