I haven’t tried to contact the producers of this plug-in yet, but after buying the gold upgrade (for the multiple pictures option) I’m totally frustrated with the image upload and image management process. How easy would it have been to simply give me a field to copy/paste the link to photos and thumbnails that I size and upload manually. Instead, the plug-in imposes it’s own (slow) upload procedure on me, and then goes about haphazardly resizing them so that no matter what I request in the settings, the result is guaranteed to not be what I expected…streched or squashed – anything but proportional. I am still hoping that I’ll figure out the magic combination of steps that avoids the fatal errors during upload and gives me the proportions I want…but I’m pretty close to giving up.

I am also having the same problem. I tried the phpinfo file trick and found out…as expected, but not as hoped…that both the post_max_size and the upload_max_filesize are set to 50MB for both the Local Value and the Master Value. I’m trying to upload a 7MB mp3 file.
