This is a rookie mistake and a step that I missed when attempting to debug. For anyone else out there having this issue, if you’ve already ruled out plugin or theme conflicts, try saving your permalinks without making any changes.

I double-checked the general settings as you suggested and it all looks as it should. I’m still unable to progress past the ticket dashboard on either the custom page with shortcode or the JS Help Desk default page.

I thought it best to go ahead and create a ticket on the plugin’s official website so we can share credentials if you needed it.

Sorry for the late response.

The links are clickable but they only seem to refresh the page. As for CSS conflicts, I’m not seeing anything that could be causing that sort of issue. I’ve gone as far as to change themes to see if the issue persisted and it does. What I am seeing are the links href all pointing to the same page.

It’s actually made things worse on my end. I’m seeing a 404 error in the console for the below address.

On the SMTP set up page, I have the below notice displaying with WP debug turned on.

Notice: Use of undefined constant IVBR_SMTP_ACCESS – assumed ‘IVBR_SMTP_ACCESS’ in /home/blahblah/wp-content/plugins/invitation-based-registrations/admin/partials/invitation-based-registrations-smtp.php on line 5

Has there been any resolution to this? I have the same set up as Chudz and I’m using a Google API on WP Mail SMTP.

Did you ever find a solution to this? Currently, I’m experiencing an issue with the backend download function that produces an error “Failed – No file”. It’s producing a merged pdf at my end but it’s saving it in a folder outside of the uploads folder on the hosting.

I answered my own question. The Merchant Login I was given was the wrong place to be. Got everything cleared up now and the API is finally working.

@stefsternyc That’s my next step just to cover all bases. I wanted to hit all of the forums first before spending the next hour on hold with tech support.

Has anybody come up with an answer to this problem?

I’ve hit that particular issue recently with an ecommerce site hosted on Godaddy shared hosting. There are no caching plugins or hosting functions being utilized with this particular site so I’ve ruled that out as a potential cause. I’m also logging sent messages using an SMTP management plugin on the site which is showing every email sent out by contact form or order receipts but nothing on the forgot password submission.

Sorry, I meant that I keep getting &nbsp in places where Save, Load File, and Settings should be. Also, I just noticed that the pop up for Product Type & Size isn’t coming up. Let me know what you need from me.
