Sorry, don’t seem to be able to add a screen shot, so the list looks like this…
    calendar
    calendar_categories
    calendar_config
    wplittlebarn_aec_event
    wplittlebarn_aec_event_category
    wplittlebarn_availability
    wplittlebarn_blc_filters
    wplittlebarn_blc_instances
    wplittlebarn_blc_links
    wplittlebarn_blc_synch
    …..
wplittlebarn_links (this definately has all the links I put in site)
    wplittlebarn_options
    …..
    wp_commentmeta
    wp_comments
    wp_links
    wp_options
    etc…

OK, here is a little update which might explain my problem better.
I have gone through the whole install process from scratch. Deleted all the DB files from PHP MyAdmin and uploaded my .sql table backup.
My site now shows on the web, but it still has not picked up any of the content and formatting that I did on my localhost:8888. I had worked with the Constructor theme.
This is a screen shot of what the database tables look like now.
I think my tables have come in with the names wplittlebarn_xxx
but there are also wp_ items and I can’t work out what the difference is between them. I wonder if one set is interfering with another?
My gut feeling is that something is missing, so any guidance gratefully received!
    Thanks

Yes, I used a plug in called wp-db-backup and it generated a .sql file which I then imported into the new db on the new host. But it did not seem to work…
