In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] eBay Plugin Error . (#120)Sorry! I double checked and it’s to become a verified paypal account, the client I’m doing this for doesn’t want to use paypal due to the fees involved. I’ve opened a case with the eBay development program as advised by the eBay customer service. Checking over previous emails, they checked the account and can’t see any missing information that should be causing the problem so hopefully somebody there will be able to advise me otherwise I’ll have to find another and see if the client would want to post products to any other platform instead. I’ll post my findings once I hear back from them just encase anyone else has this issue.
Thanks

In reply to: [WP-Lister Lite for eBay] eBay Plugin Error . (#120)Hi John,
Thanks for the quick reply. I highly doubt the issue here is caused by the plugin, the only reason I ask here is just encase people know of this error and can advise what to do haha.
I have spoken to eBay previously and they have basically said it’s all the plugins fault, speak to the developers of the plugin because the plugin has problems which I really don’t think so. All the payment methods are set up and correct however one thing I did notice on the Seller Account within eBay was there was an option to be “verified” and I’m not sure if that’s the reason?
Thanks

In reply to: eBay for WoocommerceThanks Jacob, I’ve sent WP Lab a message for support on it, I spoke to eBay themselves and they just said to contact wordpress which didn’t really help. I’ll post here with my findings if I get this sorted.
Thanks

In reply to: Cannot import media to pageUpdate – finally got this sorted but still don’t know what the issue was. Threatened to take my site away from GoDaddy to somewhere else and within about an hour or two everything suddenly started working… Very convenient in my opinion…

In reply to: Customize will not updateJust an update, this is still going on, I uploaded the files back to my server and it worked first time. Clients have escalated this with GoDaddy as all the support agents are giving conflicting information about what the issue is.
Will update with solution if this ever gets sorted.
Have your DB settings change in the WP Config file? I’d suggest checking the details in your database and make sure they’re the same in the WP config file.

In reply to: Customize will not updateJust to update, looked into this and I think I found the problem, although it’s not yet sorted the file permissions for the WP Core Files are incorrect, they are showing as 555 instead of 755. I cannot edit these and apparently GoDaddy cannot either because the client hasn’t paid for any form of WordPress management through the means of Plesk or cPanel. Hopefully the client will be able to upgrade their account to get this and I can edit the permissions.
Weird though because any error message didn’t say it was a file permission error it just said things like “Cannot process your request, please try again later”

In reply to: Customize will not updateAlso just to add, I have copied the website to my local server and I’m not sure if goDaddy may have done something to the code/ scripts or anything because it basically worked before it went to godaddy and when i’ve copied it to my server it still doesn’t work…
