What’s weird is that only those four tables did not build correctly. Can you check in phpmyadmin if the all the other wp_ tables were created?
Did you actually build this on a USB drive? Are you sure there was enough space to create all the tables as well as hold all the WP files?

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?

Make sure you have correctly modified the wp_config.php file regarding you database connection information. Please see https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Editing_wp-config.php.

Which ecomm/cart plugin are you using? It likely has a product customization feature.

Please check with your hosting company. You may have reached a limitation quota in your file storage.

Is there an issue regarding the image file size?

I’m having the same issue – 0 images were uploaded. This had been working perfectly now it is not.
In Manage Galleries, there are images listed but instead of the image’s thumbnail it is a broken image link icon; the date is January 1, 1970 and x pixel.
The broken image link icon is linked to https://domain/wp-content/gallery/%5Bgallery-name%5D/%5Bfilename%5D.jpg?i=588024428 so the image did upload to that location. Looking in that directory, there should have been thumbnail-sized images processed and stored in /thumbs but its empty.
It’s a broken link icon in the gallery page but the full image(s) display in the dynamic slideshow – so the problem seems to be isolated to thumbnails.
