In reply to: [WooCommerce] PermalinksThanks, but when I add %product_cat% it breaks the link to the category page itself.
What I want to achieve (as an example) is this:
/get-organised/
/get-organised/budgets-funding-and-sponsorship/ (category page)
/get-organised/budgets-funding-and-sponsorship/how-to-budget (product page with downloadable pdf upon purchase)As soon as I make the product custom base like this: /get-organised/%product_cat%/ the link to the category page breaks and is not found?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Not being received in OutlookYes, I have checked your FAQ. I don’t get an error message. The email just never arrives in Outlook. So an issue with Outlook, and not the contact form? Please advise so I know how to fix, because I don’t right now. Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Temporarily disable Woo CommerceThanks Shane. I have removed the pages from the menu, but not disabled WooCommerce yet. Does that mean that if someone has the page bookmarked, they can still purchase. Or will the pages still appear in Google search results?

In reply to: Sensitive information in a WordPress installationSounds good. It’s not a legal matter in the way you are referring to. I am asking about obtaining information online from a user, and the safest way to do this.
Can anyone else advise please?

In reply to: Sensitive information in a WordPress installationWell, anyone who requires law services. There’s no specific demographic – any adult who requires legal guidance.

I’ll rephrase:
My question is around WordPress and contact form security. Other than installing an SSL, how else can I make the website as safe and secure as possible?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Minimize redirectsGreat, thank you.
To be honest, I’m not worried about it but the client gets those free audits emailed to him from SEO companies and then is concerned that there is issues with the website. It’s frustrating!
I will explain to him what you said about the metrix score. It’s not the be all and end all – right?
Hi Nastia
I have contacted you via the secure contact form but are yet to hear anything back. Can you help with this?
Thanks
Hi,
I have selected the correct list, saved it, and it still is not working. Can I please somehow privately send you a login to the WordPress site and to Campaign Monitor for you to look? How do I send that information privately?
This is getting frustrating and I’m stumped here.
Thanks

The only plugin I didn’t deactivate was Visual Composer, nor did I deactivate Bridge theme, as the site is live.
