With all due respect – replying 11 weeks after my message, in which time no change has been and making no commitment to any change (which is a genuine 5 min job: click “free” see free designs) doesn’t instil confidence.

You still haven’t responded to the very clear issues with your interface that I provided in 1st msg.

I came here because the latest version of your plugin shows “Your authentication credentials are for the old Instagram API. Please reauthenticate to keep Photonic working” – the module is still there, should it not be?

What “troubleshooting text”? I’ve detailed what’s happened, there doesn’t seem to be an error now – just bad advice on yr part.

I’ve already waited that long, i reinstalled at yr suggestion and now you don’t seem to remember what you suggested.

Pls rread again, acknowledge there’s a problem (that many users have experienced) and provide a solution that isn’t reinstalling the plugin.

Hi, some feedback: i don’t have any sense you actually listened or responded to the issues I raised, which along with the very fundamental (and easily avoided) problems I experienced, means I wont be using Qi hence wont be seeking support.

Which seems to be exactly what it’s designed to do on a fresh install, which doesn’t resolve the original issue of reviews not downloading over several weeks as the free plugin is meant to do (and is as long as I’ve been waiting for it to do so).

Yesterday I reinstalled the plugin. I had to put my details back in to the plugin, and now it has the same original 10 reviews and I have to wait to get more reviews – as the link above my reviews on yr plugins panel tells me.

Exact same issue and no solution.
Pls provide a solution.

I’ve had this exact same issue over well over 4 weeks, I’ve just reinstalled and had to start the review importing from scratch, which still doesn’t add any more and seems to have deleted what was already in database.

It now shows:

Download new reviews
You have to wait to be able to update. Why?
(Which then tells me I have to wait weeks to add new reviews, which I already have).

Can you pls offer a fix so I get my full 35 reviews, and yr plugin works as intended?
