In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Broken on Staging SiteSeems to be a problem with staging sites. The account links, etc work now after pushing to the live/production site. I read an article that WooCommerce layered Nav only works on product archive pages. Any idea what product archive pages are and how I access them? If this is the case, did my shop page somehow act as a product archive page in my previous theme but no longer does in my current theme? In addition, I would like to still have the functionality of dynamic login/logout and my account buttons on my menu that change based on whether or not the user is logged in. Any idea how I achieve this functionality? I’ve been trying for a very long time and can’t seem to figure it out. I appreciate any and all assistance you can provide.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping Methods NOT showing on cart or checkout pageIt only shows the first shipping zone. If I swap them around in the list than it will show the other shipping zone. So I can get them both to show, I just can’t get them to both show at the same time. Both shipping zones/methods are also set-up with the same list of zip codes.

I was also wondering…instead of the only two options of having a customer checkout as a guest or having the customer manually create their own account…is there a way to have the system just automatically create a username and pass-code for them when checking out? They would then be able to just change their pass-code in their account afterwards. I just think this would be SO much easier for customers and would help a lot of companies with their online conversion rate.

2. I will verify this with my most recent customer as he appears to be the only one that has experienced this so far. If it is a spam issue, how can I get the e-mail to not go to their spam folder.
1. I didn’t actually submit with Stripe I submitted a ticket with Stripe for WooCommerce which is for the author of the gateway extension plugin.

2. I’m not quite understanding…when someone places an order it automatically updates to processing and the customer receives an e-mail stating that their order has been received and is processing. But when I finish the order and select complete on the order, it is supposed to send an e-mail to the customer stating that the order has been completed like it used to do.
1. Ok so I would have to reach out to Stripe for WooCommerce for this?
