Hi Guys,

I left it a long time to test the new updates released. Unfortunately even the latest version 2.6.6 still breaks Google Analytics recording data.

I updated Friday morning, by Saturday morning it was clear GA was down massively on data. So I’ve reverted to 2.6.0 again as i need the stats for my Google Ads spend to track conversions.

So clearly whatever was added/removed/changed on 2.6.1 has caused this issue.

I can setup a staging site to look into but i don’t think you’ll be able to test GA with that? Would i need to set it up as a new property on GA and provide you access to that too?

Sorry, to clarify. the GTM plugin works fine, my site stopped recording data when i updated this plugin. So logic would dictate the issue is with THIS plugin. I have no doubt GTM will point the finger in this direction. Is there someone i can talk to who can actually help? 2nd or 3rd line support would be much appreciated.

Really!? That’s the plugin that adds the tags to the site! Disabling that will definitely not fix the issue! ??

Hi, i need to know 2.6.2 fixes the issues as i will lose a lot of money if it doesn’t work. I need the tracking data for the Google Ads i run, without the data the ads don’t perform correctly so not only do i waste money advertising but i also lose revenue.

Thank you all for your Input. I’ve spent the day deleting all the extra backslashes I can find. Everything seems to be working much better now, product pages load lighting fast and all my products sync correctly to third parties.

Right, so going back to my orignal question:

Yes so “_wc_facebook_enhanced_catalog_attributes_size” is under “475_postmeta”

I find WP-Optimize to be pretty basic like all other DB cleaners, it just does the standard optimise tables, delete transients and trashed posts etc. Unless I’m missing an option for removing unnecessary records? What option would be to remove unnecessary?records?

We’re having the same issue here for some orders. Worked fine with Stripe before. Is there something i can do to try and resolve this?

Our host won’t help with issues like this. Given that the error only occurs when the Plugin is active, they advise to seek assistance for the Plugin or use another plugin.

I’m not 100% sure how i fixed it to be honest, i ended up using the position “woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form” which randomly started appearing one day! If i remove that position it disappears though which is odd because it even disappears for the default theme.

Unfortunately i don’t have any more info than that.
