Hello ezly (@ezly) and Nikola (@combobets),
We appreciate your patience. While, we could not convincingly conclude that the user account was created through RegistrationMagic code, in our recent release,
v4.6.0.9, we have introduced mechanism which provides additional security for any such attempts – . Not to say it was weak before, but it should be doubly safe now. Please do update to latest version and let us know if you face any other issue while using RegistrationMagic.
Regards.
Hello ezly (@ezly) and Nikola (@combobets),
Please rest assured we are following your posts and looking through the reported issue, and the possibility of happening it through RegistrationMagic. So far we do not have any leads, but our team is still on it as I write. As soon as we have an update we will post it here.
Also, any old security weaknesses reported were all fixed months ago. In fact, we had updated most of the code with improved security checks.
Regards.

Hello ZoraMC (@zoramc),
While we were behind in catching up with WordPress update this time, it should not be a problem moving ahead. We have shuffled a few things within the team and we are hard at work for upcoming release (which is almost ready for testing).
API changes by some third-party service providers and updates to included external libraries meant that we had to prioritize them before other regular scheduled milestones. But things should be on track now.
As I hinted in my last post, we have big plans for RegistrationMagic and this period of relative inactivity sets stage for what’s next. Kindly allow us an opportunity to make things right for you again. Next, Sila will update you regarding promised fixes with release timeline very soon.
We really appreciate your patience and understanding. Always happy to answer your questions.
Regards,
RegistrationMagic TeamHello ZoraMC (@zoramc),
We are sorry you are not seeing updates as often as you would like too. Please rest assured that work on RegistrationMagic has not slowed down. Allow me to address your concerns below:
Company: RegistrationMagic has not switched ownership. We are the same team. Since we have multiple products (and more in the queue) we brought them under same umbrella company to make it easier to deliver files and provide support.
Feature Updates: Feature updates have been few and far in between recently due to major under the hood changes planned for the plugin. As you are already aware that RegistrationMagic has a lot of features, adding more advanced features will require expanding the present framework. We are working hard on it. In coming days you will see a series of stability updates before new features start rolling out. We really appreciate your patience during this period. This is all precursor to bigger things to come.
Support Team. Both Chad and Sila are essential part of the team. Chad is currently engaged in a companion app for RegistrationMagic. Sila is still available in support where we are compiling the updates they promised to you. We will try to expedite the promised updates.
It is always a great pleasure to talk to a longtime user. You are an equal participant in building this plugin and we promise to never let you down.
More criticism and feedback is welcome since we are always on path to improvement.
Cheers!
Hello Rodney,
There appears to be a grave misunderstanding regarding the issues you have mentioned in your review. Please allow us an opportunity to add details for each one of them.
About the Form Limit:
There is no form submission limit in RegistrationMagic. We do not impose such artificial limits in our product. On the other hand, there is a feature which allows you, as the site admin, to restrict form submissions for your users if you wish to allow limited registrations. This can be handy while inviting registrations for limited seats. Kindly check if you have inadvertently turned on this option. To do that, Go to Form Dashboard —> Configure —> Limits. On the new page see if the option labeled Limit Submissions is checked. If it is, please uncheck it. Once again, this is a feature to build forms for certain scenarios and fully configurable by the admin. There’s no limitation from our side.Access to Premium:
While our system does shows you attempted purchasing RegistrationMagic Premium twice, both payments are pending. It means we did not receive any payment and the checkout process was incomplete. That’s the reason your access to RegistrationMagic Premium was not setup automatically. We refund any duplicate purchases promptly. If your card was charged, please get back to us with transaction ID and we will look into it at once.Support Response:
As we have mentioned on support page on our website, we request you to allow us 12-36 hours to get back to you. All your support tickets were created few hours ago and have already been responded within promised time window. Please note, response time varies with support volume daily.Allow us an opportunity to make things right for you again. Also kindly consider revisiting your review in light of information above.
We would be more than happy to answer any other questions you have.
Hello Shelly,
Our multiple attempts to request more information from you, related to your purchase, have been met with rude uncooperative responses so far. We wish to reiterate that we do not have any record of your purchase from your communication email address.
We did find another support ticket from you, which has typo in your email address. It appears that you mistyped your email while submitting support ticket. This will not only result in our responses not reaching you, but also ticket not being visible in your history when you resubmit with correct email. It would not be fair to hold us accountable for this.
With your continued reluctance to share payment details, we have to conclude that you did not had access to products for which you have posted this review.
Hello elijah777 (@elijah777),
I am truly sorry to hear the experience you had with our free version. We respond to all customer support requests within 24-36 hours. After your review, we checked again and could not find any support ticket which we can connect your problem.
Could you please provide your ticket ID? You can also check status of your ticket by logging into our Helpdesk. Alternatively, please describe your problem here.
I am sure a technical glitch breaking our communication. We looking forward to hearing back from you and resolving your issue.
Kind regards,
Your RegistrationMagic Team.- This reply was modified 5 years ago by registrationmagic. Reason: Fixed Link Tag
Hello bba01 (@bba01),
Thank you for the suggestion! We’ll try to include it in a future release.
If you like using RegistrationMagic, kindly leave us a review. It helps a lot to keep team spirits high and development momentum going.
Cheers!
Dear dpoter,
I am sorry to hear you feel this way. RegistrationMagic is always in development and we keep on adding new features to free version as well. We recently added a new password recovery feature to the free version. In fact, in the past, there have been instances where we made a paid feature free.
That being said, Premium version is essential to sustain development of free version and realise the long roadmap we have set for the future. We are committed to improvement and development of RegistrationMagic. If you wish to test drive Premium version, please write to our team using our support page.
Hello David,
Thank you for your kind words! We loved your review of ProfileGrid, and we’re happy to see that you are trying out RegistrationMagic.
Before I can suggest a solution, could you please confirm whether you are using ProfileGrid or RegistrationMagic for publishing registration forms? Is you form live somewhere I can check?
Regards.
Hello Trebly,
Thanks for reporting this. We plan to fix it in the release scheduled for first week of December.
Appreciate your patience. Always happy to answer your questions.
Hello Ramzii (@ramzii),
Presently, RegistrationMagic does not have a feature to email admin related to post status. Our focus is mainly on user login and registration process.
I wonder if your question is specific to RegistrationMagic or WordPress in general. I am asking since we have a plugin that does that, among other things. But it is more of a part of larger system than single feature plugin. Here’s the link. It will allow you to modify the email template too.
You can also find other plugins in the repository which can do it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Cheers!
