Thanks for reporting this and other issues in separate posts. We are currently working on consecutive maintenance releases with patches and fixes. I am afraid, this week’s release is already locked.
But we are going through your posts, and wherever required, we will patch it in one of the next releases.

My colleague may have misunderstood your problem. Looks like your issue is not related to redirection. This is something that hasn’t been reported before so we will need to have a closer look.

Got your tickets. There are two:
PSN-773-54220 – Posted on 3rd September and we replied on 4th September
JLU-820-78910 – Posted on 14th September and we replied within 3 hoursBoth tickets are awaiting updates from your side. It would be safe to assume your email is filtering our support emails. You can directly check our response and tickets by going to this URL. You will need to use reset password.
I will also ask support staff to send you this update via a different email address shortly.

We respond to all tickets within 24 hours on business days. Did you write to us through our website? It would have created a ticket on our helpdesk which is constantly monitored. I will ask the team to quickly check your last ticket.
I will get back to your shortly on this. Meanwhile, could you check if our mails are going to your spam? This has happened with few of our users in the past.

We’re sorry to hear you are having multiple problems while using RegistrationMagic.
I see you had mentioned your issue under an older post here. It would have been much faster for us to respond if the issue was reported as new support post.
Since you have already written to our support through our website, it should have created a ticket on our helpdesk. If you haven’t heard back from us, the most likely reason is that ticket update notification email didn’t reach you. Could you please check your spam folder? It is very rare we do not respond to any ticket for more than 48 hours. Most of them are replied much quicker.
I checked and you have 2 tickets on the helpdesk:

TVN-295-38413Both have been replied by our support team on 3rd September (next working day because of Sunday) and we have been waiting for your update.
You can also just log into the helpdesk here and check responses to your support requests and update tickets.
We deeply regret the experience you had and understand your displeasure. Please allow us to make things right. I’ll make sure support staffs sends you an update through a different email address today, to bypass your spam filter.

I am sorry to hear that the features you need are in Premium version of RegistrationMagic. We try our best to make sure Free and Premium features are clearly mentioned on plugin description page. I apologize if it wasn’t clear enough.
We also keep adding new features to free version and release 4.0 introduced some major new enhancements recently. This is something we plan to continue doing. In the past, we have moved premium features to free version too (last in v3.8.3.2).
If you can take out time to write to us on our helpdesk here, we might have a solution for your problem.

Orders, Downloads and Addresses in User Area are WooCommerce related tabs and will automatically appear when WooCommerce is installed and activated.
