Thank you for pointing this out. I performed the export again and when I opened the CSV file after export, the registration date field was in mm-dd-yyyy format. It wasn’t something I changed. I had performed the advanced export but didn’t change any parameters/mapped fields.
I changed the format of the field and after importing it, the registration date field was correct, so my issue has been resolved. However, another thing I noticed was during import, the plugin issued a message stating it had validated the input file. If the registration date field was in the wrong format, shouldn’t the validation have caught that and flagged it in order to prevent this issue?
Thank you for resolving my issue.Regards,
DennisI had originally replied in email to your last response with a new link to the export file. It doesn’t show up in this thread and the file has not yet been downloaded. These transfers have a 7-day time limit. I have uploaded the file again just now but if you could take a look at it in the next 7 days, I would greatly appreciate it. I need to get this issue resolved.

I sent you the link again but it expires on the 24th. Can you take a look at it before it expires again?
TIA

I have screenshots in a word doc but don’t see where I can add any attachments to this reply…sorry. Thanks so much! That worked and I will now follow the documentation to ensure WP Cerber detects my IP address correctly.
Thanks for your help. WP Cerber is a great product!

Agreed. I realize I didn’t do that correctly but I am now unable to activate WP Cerber after reinstalling it. Is there something else that I need to update to be able to start fresh with WP Cerber when I reinstall it?
I followed the instructions for installing the reset plugin and installed it successfully. I reinstalled WP-Cerber and when I went to activate it, it kicks me out to the website as before. I’m back to the initial problem and the only way to log into the dashboard is to delete the WP-Cerber plugin folder and login in via wp-login.php.
I was able to download the rest plugin. There was an issue on my browser that was preventing it from downloading.
Also, I attempted to download the WP-Cerber-Reset plugin but the download link in your pinned post did not function.
The problem has been resolved. I discovered another problem this morning when an attempt is made to update/remove the contents of the cart, the spinner would appear and never go away. A refresh of the page would show the updated cart. In attempting to resolve that issue, I found the following fix from my theme provider’s website:
https://www.templatemonster.com/help/woocommerce-troubleshooter-fix-cart-update-issue.html
I added the short bit of code to the theme’s custom-function.php and not only did it resolve the update cart hang, but it also resolved the false “please select some product options” message when selecting product variations.
I hope it works for others.
Have you been able to look at the information I provided? I’ve got people trying to order and they can’t so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
DennisThat for clarifying but I select Customize > Woocommerce but there is no Single Product selection offered – see my screenshot: https://snipboard.io/zkKcJ1.jpg
Thanks for the recommendation @voutmore but I don’t understand what you’re telling me. I can’t find “Single Product” in Woocommerce or in the variation product having the issue. Can you tell me where it is or possibly provide a screenshot?
Thanks much!
