I have not seen this happen before. Clicking on the configuration button, then saving the configuration, should get it running. The diagnostics screen may help me find the problem.

The Audit Log in DMS PRO, available to administrators, keeps track of actions, such as downloads and/or views of a document and show the user who downloaded/and or viewed the document. Other activities such as the creation of documents and/or folders are also in this log.

You can search for file (document) names, keyword, owner, and/or by date. You can’t search for folder names.

Keyword types are set in the configuration then the keyword entered on the Options screen.

Documents can be grouped together by putting them under folders. It is also possible to “group” documents via a keyword so that keyword searches return a list of documents.

Please contact me at [email protected] and I’ll see to it this is fixed. I am not sure why you can’t enter the options screen; but, there is definitely a reason. Please take a screenshot of your diagnostics screen and attach it to your e-mail. That screen usually helps me to troubleshoot the problem.

Also, with “send new files” do you mean to import new files?

Somebody contacted me with an error that resulted in files not being able to be retrieved. I uploaded a fix within 40 minutes of the bug report. While I don’t know if this fixes your problem, I really wish I had the opportunity to look into the problem prior to being given 2 stars out of 5 for a rating.
