It is not the problem with the WooCommerce Add to Cart button. That is resolved with the script provided by WooCommerce Support.

The problem is with the Buy Now from Astra. I want to remove nofollow from the Buy Now button.

I do not see that option. I am using Free Version 4.3.4.1
I found https://aioseo.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/advanced-settings.png, but I do not see that in All in One SEO → General Settings → Advanced.
