I found another post about this after a few hours of searching through. If you remove the lightbox plugin the problem goes away.

I forgot to add that the issue is not the computer because I tried it with another computer, and it is not the theme as it works fine when I switch back.

I have also tried it with firefox, chrome, and internet explorer. The problem occurs with all three browsers.
