I downgraded the plugin to version 1.8.1 and it’s working again. You can download the older version from github: https://github.com/wp-plugins/icegram/releases.

I’m having the same problem – it seems to work if you are logged in, but it stops working when I try viewing the the site incognito mode.

The setting for “remove meta data” was already checked and they are in my media folder. Do you have any other ideas?

I didn’t make any changes until just a couple of minutes ago. Setting collapsible=false did the trick – it’s fixed now. Thank you for your help!

I set the container div (.flexslider) dynamically with jquery and it’s working great now. Thanks for the excellent plugin.

I looked at that plugin, but that one shows on the background and not the main page area. That’s not going to work for me. If you do come up with any ideas, let me know. I’ll keep plugging away at it.

The whole issue had to do with memory. I set the php.ini file to memory_limit=48M and now it’s working. Sorry about the trouble.
