Same exact problem and conditions here. The form icon keeps loading, never sending the form or prompting any response. Just sits… I deactivated plugins to see if any were conflicting, nothing. I haven’t done any updates recently and I’m pretty positive the forms had worked before. I’m not aware of any godaddy updates? Is godaddy a common contributor?
