I have a root directory (which is also my hosting account) that contains multiple directories hosting multiple domains. WP was installed in the correct directory, I just want to mask the root directory structure. This was a pretty easy change in Joomla.

I have it in the desired directory… I just want to change the visibility of the permalinks for security reasons.
